2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel recurring annual subscriptions at any time via your account portal. Your subscription benefits remain active until the end of the paid billing period.

3. Technical Failure Redressal

In the event of a verified technical error preventing report generation or access, our support team will regenerate the dossier or issue a complete refund within 5–7 business days.
